The invention relates to a scroll pump for conveying gases or gas condensate mixtures. Said pump comprises an inlet, an outlet, a stationary stator disk and an oscillating rotor disk which is secured to a drive shaft. The stator disk and the rotor disk are essentially parallel to each other and bear flanks extending, respectively, in a spiral manner, said flanks engaging with each other, forming various conveying chambers. The invention is characterised in that the disks are essentially horizontal when in an operating state such that the outlet extends in an outward manner from the centre of the lower disk and is guided outwards such that, optionally, accrued condensate is discharged based on gravity. Preferably, rotating seals are arranged inside and outside the spirals, said seals encapsulating the casing of the conveying chamber.
