In the transplant of given living organism tissue, a cell-containing solution having transplant recipient living organism cells incorporated therein is prepared; the cell-containing solution is provided with flow approximately equal to the bloodstream of transplant recipient living body; and the living organism tissue is placed in the flow so as to effect immersion of the living organism tissue in the cell-containing solution. In the immersion, the living organism tissue is rotated so that the revolving directions of the upper and lower sides of the living organism tissue are reverse to each other. As a result, the orientation of living organism cells adhering to living organism tissue after cell removal can be improved so that the living organism cells can be vitalized. Thus, living organism cells can be attached to the living organism tissue at an increased density with the result that the biocompatibility of living organism tissue after transplant can be enhanced.
