PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent malfunction in judgment caused by a very weak signal such as noises near a threshold value from occurring by providing threshold judgment by a threshold judgment section with hysteresis characteristics. SOLUTION: This ball shooting device is organized to prevent chattering from occurring by providing an analog switch (8A) and a threshold judgment section (8) to a handle voltage checking section (7) for detecting the handle voltage (Vh) of a handle (1) and hysteresis characteristic to the threshold judgment at the threshold judgment section (8).
