<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device capable of obtaining a uniform display wide in viewing angle even when an active element for switching a pixel exists in a display area, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the liquid crystal display device. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid crystal display device is equipped with an element substrate having a reflective display region and a transmissive display region arranged inside a dot region and additionally having a plurality of pixel electrodes 31 and TFD (thin film diode) elements 13 corresponding to the respective pixel electrodes 31 formed thereon and counter substrates opposite to the element substrates wherein reflection layers 20 formed on the counter substrates are arranged by being extended to positions two-dimensionally overlapping with the TFD elements 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
