<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a groupware system for performing personnel training, motivation control, organizational strength cultivation, line balance control or personnel evaluation using IT. <P>SOLUTION: In a groupware system, works to be processed by each of operators are defined as subject data, and each subject data is classified into data which are being processed by the operator and data which have been transferred to the other operator, and each subject data is provided with data showing the kind or contents of the subject, the history data of the subject, and the detail data of the history as attribute data.
