<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic winding machine capable of winding a wire with the wire of both coil ends drawn from a root of a terminal to a bobbin side even for a small electronic component and capable of controlling the strength of a tension applied to the wire by only varying a height of a supporting column 85 which supports a spring 80. <P>SOLUTION: A wire guide 90 having a hook 92 on its tip is fixed to a plate 7. The wire 5 of a part hung between a nozzle 6 and a wire holding part 8 is hooked and fixed by the hook 92 of the wire guide. The wire 5 at the end of the wiring start side of the coil 18 is wound by rotating a wire guide 90 around a first terminal 12, and a wire 5 at the end of the wiring finish side of the coil 18 is wound by rotating a nozzle 6 around a second terminal 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
