CYCLIC NUCLEOTIDE DERIVED FROM MOLD OF GENUS ASPERGILLUS, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SELF-CLONING STRAIN OF MOLD OF GENUS ASPERGILLUS AND SELF-CLONING STRAIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently producing a self-cloning strain of a mold of the genus Aspergillus, a cyclic nucleotide to be used in the method and a self-cloning strain of a mold of the genus Aspergillus.

SOLUTION: The cyclic nucleotide contains a marker gene derived from a mold (A) of the genus Aspergillus and selected from niaD, argB, sC, ptrA, pyrG, amdS, aureobasidin resistance gene, benomyl resistance gene and hygromycin resistance gene and the objective gene expression cassette derived from the mold (A) of the genus Aspergillus. The invention further provides a method for producing a self-cloning strain by the transformation of the mold (A) of the genus Aspergillus with the cyclic nucleotide.
