PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect information on and protect privacy of a user who is provided with or provided by mediation with a service via a network.

SOLUTION: In an online service using a member terminal UT of a member U who is provided with the service, a client company server 100 of a company 1 for which the member U works, and a counseling office server 200 of a counseling office 2 which provides the member U with the service, all connected via a network, information on the member U is anonymized with an initial ID for anonymizing personal information in the company 1, a login ID for anonymizing personal information about counseling, and an ID managing office server 300 of an ID managing office 3. The identifiers can anonymize the user information to make it difficult to track the user's behavior when the service is provided online, so that the user information and privacy is strictly protected. The user terminal can be a general terminal.
