PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insecticidal tool that is compact in bulk, when exhibited on the market or put away for storing, can easily be assembled in use and can show the insecticidal effect in a relatively wide space, for example, in a room or the like with increased diffusion efficiency of the insecticidal components. SOLUTION: This insecticidal tool comprises a sheet 2 that is impregnated with a cold volatile insecticidal component, a thin box type vessel 1 that has an opening window 1b for receiving the impregnated sheet 2 and for volatilizing the insecticidal component from the impregnated sheet 2 and a string 3 for assembling a plurality of the thin box type vessels three-dimensionally and for hanging them down.
