PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to monitor the variations of loading on the monitor in various electrical components for a monitoring object, and realize energy saving of loading for monitor, using an existing power line as a communication line. SOLUTION: It has a loading monitoring apparatus 10 connected to a secondary power line L2 which branches from a distribution board 1. In this loading monitoring apparatus 10, it constitutes A/D converter 11(detection unit) which is connected with the secondary power line L2 and detects current values of the various electrical components, a controller 12 which outputs a control signal for deriving a loading signal of a loading for the monitoring objectbased on detection result of the A/D converter 11, and a loading signal generating portion which gives the loading signal which doubles timing of the power frequency to the secondary power line L2 as well as deriving the loading signal based on the control signal from the controller 12.
