PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify processing for a user authentication registration procedure for an ASP system. SOLUTION: In this user authentication registration processing method for the ASP system used by each employee in enterprises K1-Kn, individual personal information of the employee is stored in a worker name register list database 31 as to each of the enterprises K1-Kn, a required number of group IDs is imparted preliminarily to the each of the enterprises K1-Kn, a user is registered using the personal information stored in the worker name register list database 31 as to the one group ID out of the group IDs imparted preliminarily to the own enterprise, when any of the employees of the enterprises K1-Kn uses the ASP system 1, and the authentication information is stored in an authentication database 33, based on a content of user registration.
