PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth a fastener. SOLUTION: The fastener smoother is structured by mixing wax with a natural or synthetic oil or mixing with a perfume under certain circumstances and cooled, and filled into a portable container and adding a green tea extract. In this case, the ratio between the wax and the mixture is preferably 7 to 3 to 9 to 1. The portable container may be a lipstick type, a pen type, a container with a lid or the like.
