PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method of a heart imaging for a plan of both ventricles pacing using a epicardium lead. SOLUTION: A method (200) to plan the placement of the both ventricles pacing lead to a patient includes a process wherein acquisition data is obtained from a medical imaging system and a process wherein a 3D model (130) of the left ventricle and the chest wall of the patient is generated. One or more left ventricle anatomical landmarks are identified on the 3D model (130) and a preserved view of the 3D model (130) is registered in an interventional system. One or more registered preserved views are visualized by the interventional system and at least one suitable position in the wall of the left ventricle is identified for the placement of the epicardium lead.
