PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head that can stably and highly precisely eject a liquid in high density at a high recoding frequency, and a method of manufacturing the liquid jet head. SOLUTION: An ink guide member 50 of an inkjet head 3 has a sharp tip section 54 and an ink fluid outlet 55 is provided in the vicinity of the sharp tip section 54. An ink flow 14 across the side face of the sharp tip section 54 is formed by the ink flowing out from the ink flow outlet 55. A part of a solvent guided from the ink flow 14 is guided to the uppermost section 58 at the tip, and then a meniscus 16 for ejection of the ink droplet. In the manufacturing of the ink guide member 50, a mold substrate 90 is pressed against a surface of a photosensitive resin layer 81 formed on an insulation substrate 79 to form the sharp tip section 54. After that, the photosensitive resin layer 81 formed on the sharp tip section 54 is partially exposed to a light to be developed, and then the ink guide member 50 having a high aspect ratio structure is formed.
