PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the reduction of the loss of the snubber circuit of a three phase AC-DC power converter is required. SOLUTION: A first series circuit of a first switch means Q1, a primary winding N1a and a second switch means Q2, a second series circuit of a third switch means Q3, a second primary winding N1b and a fourth switch means Q4, and a third series circuit of a fifth switch means Q4, a third primary winding N1c and a sixth switch means Q6 are connected between lines of three-phase AC input terminals 1r, 1s and 1t. A full-wave rectifier circuit is connected to the secondary winding N2 of a transformer 2. A Zener diode ZD for a constant voltage is connected in parallel with a common clamping capacitor Cz.
