PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism in which a caller can confirm whether or not a message to a callee stored before is reproduced when a caller terminal calls a callee terminal. SOLUTION: At the time of receiving call origination data, a message storage state management server 10 determines whether or not storage state data including a caller number and a callee number matching with ones included in the call origination data are stored in a message storage state DB 12. In the case of determining that the matching ones are stored, the message storage state management server 10 prepares reproduction state data on the basis of reproduction completion information stored in the message storage state DB 12 and transmits them to the caller terminal 40a before transmitting the call origination data to the callee terminal 40b.
