PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-use article by improving heat radiation of a product, such as a notebook type personal computer, a motherboard, a DVD player, and a game machine, most easily. SOLUTION: An embodiment of the present invention constituted by fitting a sticking body 2, such as a heat conductive sheet, a gel sheet, and silicone, and a heat radiation foot part 3 to a body 1 made of a metal such as aluminum, a rubber, a plastic, etc., operating as a heat radiator and a heat sink is installed on the back of the notebook type personal computer, motherboard, DVD player, game machine, etc., by removing a leg which is originally provided or nearby the leg.
