PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building with a skip floor constructed in panel technique, having simple but sufficiently strong construction. SOLUTION: The building 1B comprises floor panels 11-14, wall panels 2, 2a-2c, 3e-3h, 41-43, and the skip floor 11 constructed in the panel technique for assembling roof panels 5 with each other. A bearing wall 20B is arranged on a boundary line L between a plane region on the skip floor 11 and another plane region for supporting the skip floor 11 and another floor 12 at their side edges located on both sides of the boundary line L. At both ends of the boundary line L, bracing walls 30K almost perpendicular to the boundary line L are arranged ranging from a foundation 6 to a roof 5 in the vertical direction.
