PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily-openable can lid which protects the break end of a score line after opening the can, and can be opened easily. SOLUTION: The easily-openable can lid 1 is equipped with an outer multi-layer portion 19 which is formed by folding the lid 1 into a triple layer on the outside of the score line 6, and an inner multi-layer portion 18 which is formed by folding the lid 1 into a triple layer on the inside of the score line 6, on the periphery of a panel 3. The front end of an outer protection part 25, which are the fold-back parts of an outer first layer 19 and an outer second layer 20, radially coincides with or is positioned outside the score line 6. The front end of an inner protection part 26, which are the fold-back parts of an inner second layer 23 and an inner third layer 24, radially coincides with or is positioned inside the score line 6. An inner gap 28 between an inner first layer 22 and the inner second layer 23 has an opening width larger than the opening width of an outer gap 27 between the outer second layer 20 and an outer third layer 21.
