PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demanded tool for a pet toilet realized at a low cost by simple constitution and sufficiently carrying out even simple exchange after urination. SOLUTION: The tool 1 for the pet toilet is provided with a cylindrical part 2 formed of a sheetlike water absorbing material 8 so as to have at least an undersurface cylindrical opening 4. The cylindrical inner surface of the cylindrical part 2 is formed into a size so as to freely insertably and drawably cover a pole-like body 5 stood and placed on a floor, etc. The cylindrical part 2 is formed into a baglike shape by sealing the upper part thereof with a top board part 3.
