PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strip bag apparatus which accurately sets an upper part of a bag to be an adhering face to a fixing part for sticking it with a strip, stabilizes an adhering position, and prevents the bag from crashing. SOLUTION: In the strip bag apparatus provided with a bag manufacturing part (1) for manufacturing the bag filled with commodities therein, a fixing part (2) for pinching, pressing and sticking the manufactured bag (B) and the strip (S), and a moving part (3) for gripping the bag (B) and moving it to the fixing part (2), the adhering face of the bag (B) is inclined so as to lay it along a pressing face (21a) by the moving part (3).
