PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt roof device capable of reducing dispersion of a closed position of an opening/closing body. SOLUTION: The tilt roof device 1 is provided with the opening/closing body 4 for opening/closing the opening 3 formed on a roof 2 of the vehicle 2 and vertically turned; a base plate 7 provided below the roof 2; a tilt link 53 rotatably connected to the opening/closing body 4 and the base plate 7; and a coil spring 54 for urging the opening/closing body 4 to the closed position where the opening 3 is closed. The device is provided with a stopper clamped between the opening/closing body 4 and the base plate 7 when the opening/closing body 4 is positioned at the closed position.
