PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning unit multi-functionalized and highly functionalized at low cost. SOLUTION: The air-conditioning unit 40 is provided with a fan; an evaporator 11 for cooling air; and a heater core for heating air in a body cover 41 formed with an air taking-in port; an air-blowing port comprising a defrost blowing port, a face blowing port and a foot blowing port; and a duct for communicating the air taking-in port and the air blowing port. The air-conditioning unit 40 is provided with a face main flow passage 50 and a by-pass flow passage 51 dividing/forming the inside of the duct communicated from an air mix area MX where cooling air and warm air are mixed in the body cover 41 with the face blowing port 45 by a partition plate 56; a sub-passage 57 formed on the partition plate 56 such that the face main flow passage 50 and the by-pass flow passage 51 are communicated with each other near the air mix area MX; and a by-pass damper 54 acted from a by-pass full opening position where the by-pass flow passage 51 and the sub-flow passage 57 are simultaneously fully closed to a by-pass full closing position where they are fully opened.
