PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double wishbone type front suspension device capable of obtaining excellent vehicle kinetic performance and good ride quality without deteriorating anti-dive geometry. SOLUTION: The front suspension device has an upper arm 4, an A type lower arm which is the A type lower arm 6 connected to a vehicle body at two places, and has a front arm part 6a extending substantially widthwise from the connecting part of the vehicle body front side with the vehicle body, and a rear arm part 6b extending widthwise outward and obliquely forward from the connecting part of the vehicle body rear side with the vehicle body, an elastic bush 25 which is provided on the connecting part of the vehicle body rear side of the lower arm so that the center line extends to the vertical direction of the vehicle body, a wheel support 8 rotatably supporting the wheel, and a shock absorber 10 having a lower arm connected to the lower end part so that the rear arm part of the lower arm is displaced to the upper part of the vehicle body by the reaction force of the shock absorber during braking.
