PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater duct structure capable of reducing the blow-out noise of warm air by blowing warm air from one outlet in two directions without providing two outlets. SOLUTION: In the heater duct structure, a longitudinal blowing outlet 2 is formed in a cabin trim 6, a duct opening 10 of a heater duct 1 extending along an inner surface side of the trim 6 is communicated with the blowing outlet 2, and warm air is blown to feet of a plurality of occupants. A partition wall 11 to demarcate the inside of the duct in the width direction is provided in the heater duct 1 to form a first air passage 12a and a second air passage 12b. A horizontal wall 13 extending from an end of the partition wall 11 is formed in the duct opening 10 at the vertical intermediate position to blow out warm air in the first air passage 12a to the center side of the cabin substantially in the vehicle width direction from an upper half of the blowing outlet 2, and an inclined wall 14 extending downwardly in an oblique direction from an end of the partition wall 11 is formed on the lower side of the horizontal wall 13 to blow out warm air in the second air passage 12b from a lower half part of the blowing outlet 2.
