The invention makes it possible to produce fast logical gates based on organic field effect transistors, albeit using conventional p-Mos technology. This is due to the early saturation effect of OFETs with thin semiconductor layers, to OFETs with special properties for organic logic components and to a novel circuit logic layout of said logic components.
