The invention relates to a transdermal therapeutic system (TTS) comprising at least one pharmacological active substance, which is suitable for heating up to a temperature above skin temperature, thereby promoting the permeation rate of the active substance. The transdermal therapeutic system comprises at least one layer containing the active substance and one peelable backing layer, and is characterized in that the layer containing the active substance mainly consists of a polysiloxane in which the active substance is partially dissolved.
