The invention relates to a wine fermentation tank supplier bearing an automatic dosimetric sulfite solution pump comprising a wheeled carrier composed of the funnel receiving the raw material-grapes 1, the grape squasher 2, the grapes sucker 3, the system of the alternately moving supply funnel 4, the ladder 5, the automatic dosimetric sulfite solution pump 6, and the reduced cross section exit of waste 7. The automatic dosimetric sulfite solution pump is connected to the grapes squasher and operates simultaneously with this last to supply the grapes mass with the necessary quantity of sulfite solution which is absolutely controlled, with no human intervention. The direct pouring of the squashed grapes into the supply openings of the wine fermentation tank leads to the raise of the wine quality upgrading. A sliding grapes-sorting table and an inclined moving conveyor assist the system. The fast transport of the grapes squasher to several pairs of wine fermentation tanks contributes tothe completion of the whole process in significantly lesser time, in respect to traditional wine-making methods. |
