TOPBOARD FIXING STRUCTURE FOR KEYBOARD INSTRUMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an upper panel fixing structure for a keyboard instrument that makes it easy to fix a topboard to a panel without requiring a set screw and improves the outward appearance.

SOLUTION: A fixing member 21 is fitted to the front end of the topboard 6 forming the top surface of a musical instrument main body 20. The fixing member 21 has an engaged part 22 on its front end surface and the panel 4 is provided with an engagement part 24 at the upper-end part of the reverse surface corresponding to the engaged part 22. The engaged part 22 and engagement part 24 are engaged with each other and then the front end of a top plate 6 can be fixed to the panel 4.
