<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plugging cap with score capable of omitting a pull-ring while maintaining a virgin sealability, simplifying the die structure to enhance productivity, easily opening the cap with simple operation while opening the cap, and preventing separation of the pull-ring and a mouth lid from a middle plug and production of refuse. <P>SOLUTION: In the plugging cap for a container having a middle plug 2a and a cover cap 3, the middle plug 2a has a middle plug body 6 fixed to the container and a spout lid 7a to close a mouth part of the middle plug body 6. The spout lid 7a has an injection gate, a circumferential edge portion is connected to the middle plug body 6 via a score 14 to be breakable from a hinge part, and rotatably displaceable along the displacement course around a hinge 17 in a state in which the score 14 is broken.
