PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing CAM data for an electronic circuit board by which the CAD data of line conductors or surface conductors can be properly and efficiently converted into CAM data composed of plating windows of the exposure mask for pattern plating.

SOLUTION: The extension ratioηof the line width for CAD/CAM conversion of the figure data of line conductors into the figure data of plating windows is controlled to be larger in a line conductor having small line width than in a line conductor having large line width. Since the line conductor having smaller width (designed width Wp1) has a larger etching surface area rate to the conductor volume than in the line conductor having large width (designed width Wp2), a failure of insufficient line width due to overetching can be effectively prevented by making the extension ratioη1 of the line width in the conductor having a small width (plating window width W01) larger than the extension ratioη2 of the line width in the conductor having large width (plating window width W01).
