摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autonomic nerve activity monitoring device for predicting or detecting a side effect attendant on nerve activity concerning a medical practise. <P>SOLUTION: A blood component extracting device 100 includes an electrocardiograph 300 and a sphygmomanometer 400 as organism information acquiring means for acquiring the reaction of a donor occurring by the autonomic nerve activity as organism information, and a detecting circuit 203 detects the temporal change of the value of the acquired organism information or the value of secondary information which is acquired by processing the organism information.
