PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sink device which decreases the number of production process by omitting a processing of a female screw hole for fitting an electric part such as a switching element 1, or the like into a heat sink 2 of the heat sinking device. SOLUTION: The heat sink 2 of the heat sink device has a mounting part 21 to which the switching element 1 is mounted, and a through hole 4 for passing through the mounting part 21 so as to interconnect one end surface of the mounting part 21 to the other end surface thereof. The male screw 32 of a male screw member 3 inserted into the through hole 4 is screwed with the female screw hole 51 of a female screw member 5, whereby the switching element 1 is fastened and fixed to the mounting part 21. Thus, as it is unnecessary to provide the female screw hole by processing in the mounting part 21 to which the switching element 1 is mounted, the number of production process of the heat sink device can be reduced.
