PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the drawing-out of a liquid conducting material for supplying a liquid in a cartridge to a liquid injection head in an off-carriage type liquid injection device. SOLUTION: The liquid injection device is provided with a lengthy base material 110 in which a required number of protrusions are arranged side by side mutually apart at intervals along in the longitudinal direction and which is formed of a flexible material, a flexible flat plate-like lengthy material 120 which is joined to the base material 110 over in the width direction of the base material 110 while covering the upper face of the protrusions 111, and a connection part 130 which is integrally formed with the base material 110 and which connects gaps between the protrusions 111 to a liquid supply part or a liquid injection part.
