PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive primary radiator suitable for weight reduction. SOLUTION: A corrugated waveguide 1 can be manufactured without the need for using expensive die cast forming metallic dies whose structure is complicated because bending processing is applied to a sheet metal to form a corrugated ring body 4 and the ring body is integrated with an aperture 1a of the waveguide 1. Thus, the cost of the primary radiator can be reduced and the weight can be reduced by the die cost reduction and the simplified manufacturing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
