PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI device hardly influenced by body movement or the like in synchronous photographing using a preparation pulse, capable of utilizing at the maximum the effect by the preparation pulse. SOLUTION: In a control means of the MRI device, a measuring window for measuring an echo signal is set in each frequency synchronously with an organic monitor signal generated periodically, and a plurality of echo signals acquired by the measuring window are divided into two or more groups corresponding to the elapsed time from the preparation pulse, and a phase encode is controlled so that the echo signals acquired in the first half occupy a low-frequency region in the k-space, and that the echo signals acquired in the latter half occupy a high-frequency region in the k-space. The k-space low-frequency region can be constituted of signals having the high effect by the preparation pulse and hardly influenced by the body movement or the like, and high contrast and high image quality in electrocardiographic synchronous photographing can be realized.
