PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure, for keeping a floor surface by a floor finishing material such as a flooring material laid on a floor backing material in adjacent residence parts, on the same height level, without causing a level difference, even if a sound insulating mat is interposed in one. SOLUTION: This floor structure has the floor backing material 15 and the floor finishing material 11 laid thereon for constituting a floor of the first residence part 12, the floor backing material 16 and the floor finishing material 13 laid thereon for constituting a floor of the second residence part 14 adjacent to this part, and the sound insulating mat 24 arranged by interposing between the floor backing material and the floor finishing material for constituting the floor of this second residence part. The floor backing material and the floor finishing material in the first and second residence parts are respectively formed in the substantially same thickness. When supporting these floor backing materials by a downstairs side support member 21, the floor backing material on the second residence part side is supported and arranged in a state of being dropped in the lower side more than the floor backing material on the first residence part side in response to the thickness of the sound insulating mat.
