PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an embedded casing which is embedded in a road surface with an inclination, in a manner having a smooth upper surface conforming to the road surface, and functions to bear a load on the road surface such as a traveling vehicle, in a balanced manner, to thereby improve the stability thereof. SOLUTION: A body 20 of the hollow iron casing is vertically embedded in the ground, and when an iron cover 40 is mounted on an upper opening 30 formed in the iron casing body, an upper surface of the iron cover and an upper end surface of the iron casing body are formed so as to have almost the same inclination as the inclination of the inclined road surface, to thereby set the upper surface of the embedded casing almost flush with the inclined road surface 60.
