PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply apparatus which can delete the voltage regulating step of an electronic apparatus or a portable apparatus. SOLUTION: In order to raise the error voltage detecting accuracy of an error amplifier 31, the switching power supply apparatus includes a first regulating element 1 provided at the inverting input terminal 4 of the error amplifier 31, a second regulating element 2 provided at the output side of the error amplifier 31, and further a third regulating element 3 connected to the non-inverting input terminal 5 of the error amplifier 31.
