HEAT PIPE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pipe, easily fitted even if the surface of a heating unit is curved. SOLUTION: This heat pipe includes: an annular heat transfer body formed of a pipe 101 where a fluid is sealed in the interior thereof; and net-like heat transfer bodies 104a and 104b covering part or the whole of the annular heat transfer body. The net-like heat transfer bodies 104a and 104b have a part bonded to the annular heat transfer body along the shape of the pipe 101 and the other face part. The net-like heat transfer bodies are used to improve flexibility of a contact surface with the heating unit surface so that the heat pipe can be easily fitted to a curved part of a heating unit. Since the pipe and the net-like heat transfer body come into fact contact with each other, the heat transfer efficiency of the heat pipe can be heightened. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
