BODY FRAME OF TWO-WHEELER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body frame of a two-wheeler for easily securing rigidity of a welded forging and/or a joint spot between a casting part and a pipe member and securing rigidity of the body frame around a head pipe while largely securing a space in the body frame. SOLUTION: The head pipe 3 integrally molded by forging or casting is provided with a first socket part 36 and a second socket part 37. A draft 38 formed at forging or casting is left in the first socket part 36 and the second socket part 37. A front end part of a main frame in a form matching the draft 38 is fitted into the first socket part 36 and welded. An upper end part of a down tube 5 in a form matching the draft 38 is fitted into the second socket part 37 and welded. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
