PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toy balloon by which a form of motion such as a change in expression of a face and the like and a change in visual scene of a picture, a photograph, and the like caused in a expanding process is expressed, and its interesting shape is displayed, and which is enjoyed as a pet as in the case of a doll. SOLUTION: The toy balloon includes a balloon portion 3, the form of which is maintained by the pressure of air injected from an air injection portion 2, and a base portion 4 for supporting the balloon portion. For example, the baloon portion having a face of a popular character and the base portion having the body shape of the character and pattern provide interest in matching the face expression of the balloon portion with the body shape of expanding the face relative to the body shape, and enjoyment as a display or a pet after used as a toy.
