<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral powder medicine of Sarutori Ibara (Smilax china) that can more quickly obtain the medicinal effect originating from the Sarutori Ibara. <P>SOLUTION: The oral powder medicine of the Sarutori Ibara is obtained from its root.
