POINT SERVICE SYSTEM, POINT INPUT DEVICE, AND POINT MANAGEMENT SERVER

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point service system capable of reducing the introduction cost of a point service and enhancing the security of point data without requiring connection of a POS or terminal on a store side.

SOLUTION: This point service system comprises a portable terminal owned by a consumer, a point input device set by the store, and a server connected to the portable terminal through a network and managed by an outsourcing agent. In this system, a point data forming means adds an authentication header to point data to be formed, and a point data update step detects, when point data are received from the portable terminal, alternation of the point data by the authentication header.
