PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively carry out raise of abalones, etc., by installing a seaweed bed which becomes feed of abalones, etc. and their houses in an adequate positional relationship. SOLUTION: A seaweed bed 1 for growing seaweeds which become bait of abalones, etc., is installed in water depth on which sunbeams can be incident and a member 15 for fish banks which becomes the houses of the abalones, etc., is installed at a position deeper than the seaweed bed 1.
