PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small water-cooled clothes dryer effective in shortening time required for drying. SOLUTION: Cooling water is supplied to the inner peripheral part of a blasting surface of a dehumidifying blower fan 10 for sucking drying air 9 having increased temperature and humidity by taking moisture from dried objects in a drying chamber 2d, to cool and dehumidify the drying air and feeding the dehumidified drying air into the drying chamber. A main position of the cooling water which spreads along the blasting surface and flows out of the outer peripheral edge is set to a position avoiding a communicating position between a fan casing 11 and a circulating duct 17 for circulating the drying air.
