PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably wash a bent board or sheet by a board or sheet surface washing device. SOLUTION: An adhesive rubber layer (14) constituting an adhesive rubber roll (6) is swelled outward by compressed air, while the engagement hole (15) of the inner surface is engaged with a pin (12) on the front surface of a core body (7). Thus, the compressed air included inside is automatically moved by a pressure difference from the bent board or sheet, so as to mitigate the pressure difference even with respect to the front surface (4') of the bent board or sheet (4), so that the adhesive rubber roll is uniformly and reliably brought into close contact with a board or sheet surface. Twist force generated by adhesive rotation is canceled. Consequently, the adhesive rubber layer is prevented from being broken or deformed, so that dust, etc., is reliably stuck and removed.
