PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semirigid coaxial cable assembly to which reflow soldering can be performed. SOLUTION: In the semirigid coaxial cable assembly, a center conductor 3 is provided at the central part of a cable main body 2 having a circular cross section in a state where both end sections of the conductor 3 are exposed. Then attaching sections 4 which are extended in parallel with the axis of the cable main body 2 are respectively formed at positions on the outside of the external surface of the conductor 3, in the radial direction of the conductor 3 before both exposed end sections of the conductor 3 are bent by bending the exposed end sections. Then attaching surfaces 5 are formed by forming the outside of the attaching sections 4 in the radial direction of the main body 2 to planar shapes extended in the direction perpendicular to the outside of the attaching sections 4 in the radial direction of the main body 2.
