PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology of an agent for generating an excellent plan. SOLUTION: A node R is provided with a local information storing means 511, a plan generating means 512, an agent information storing means 513, a plan executing means 514, an inputting/outputting means 515, a managing means 516, a storing means 518 for storing agent information 517 and a restoring means 519. The information 517 of an agent is provided to restore the agent later as the plan or variable area of the agent.. The storing means 518 stores the information 517 of the agent just before the agent moves to another node, and just after the agent moves from another node. When the agent disappears due to any failure, the restoring means 519 restores the agent by using the stored information 517.
