PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To engage a saw with a sheath with simple operation in the saw with the sheath constituted to store a saw blade in the sheath and to prevent the damage of an engaging part under long-term use as seen in a conventional one. SOLUTION: A mounting piece 4 to a waist belt or the like is mounted to the upper part of the sheath 3. One engaging member 5a out of a pair of engaging members is mounted to the mounting piece 4, and the other engaging member is mounted to a handle 6.
